Yesterday Britain's Andy Murray won the Queen's Club title. Congratulations, Andy! After the final he played a charity Doubles match with Tim Henman against his coach Ivan Lendl and Thomas Berdych. The match was a fundraiser for the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, where Andy's friend and fellow tennis player Ross Hutchins was treated for Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Today's Running Tip: Run for charity!

I have said this many times before, but running for a charity that is close to your heart is a great way to get into racing and raising money for research at the same time. Plus you will meet many like minded people running for the same cause, a camaraderie that can last a life time!
